The flat has a large double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single sofa bed in the living area; we provide also a baby cot for children under 4yrs old. One of the bathrooms has a cabin shower and the other has a bath with shower. The living area is very large and bright and the view in all directions of the house is of the palace’s roofs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern utensils and electric devices. Wi-Fi and ADSL connection is available and included in the price; the TV is HD and has satellite connection (SKY). The house it has been a family home for many years and it is in a nice and well-kept building. The lift is a rarity in Venice and being on the 4th floor, it is a good feature for a guest that has been around all day or for bringing the luggage in the flat.

This apartment is located in the neighbourhood of Santo Stefano Square and in the middle between Saint Mark’s Square and the Accademia Bridge. The nearest vaporetto stop is Santa Maria del Giglio and the nearest Alilaguna is Sant’Angelo. It can be reached with a private water taxi from the Canal Grande as the flat is about 50 meters from it. In a quiet street that begins in San Maurizio Square and finish in the Canal Grande, it is a perfect location to reach several museums.
CHECK IN – You agree to call us before getting on board the “vaporetto” or taxi or Bus Shuttle (Alilaguna) from the airport to inform us that you and your party have arrived in Venice and to confirm the estimated time of arrival to the nearest “Vaporetto” / taxi / Alilaguna stop. A member of the staff of the Red House Company will meet you at the “vaporetto” or Alilaguna/taxi stop nearest to the apartment you have rented and walk you to the apartment to show and explain all its facilities.

You agree that if you decide to cancel your reservation, or part of it, you will be refunded as follows:
– 100% refund if the cancelation occurs 15 days before arrival
– 50% refund if the cancelation occurs between a two weeks and a week before arrival
– no refund if the cancellation occurs within a week from arrival
All bank costs involved will be charged upon you. The refund will be related only to what paid at the moment of the cancellation.
