The Lion’s House is a newly restored house with 4 apartments which undertook a complete restoration in September 2010, in Salizada San Lio, Castello. The apartments have been furnished with design and modern taste by our company on behalf of the owners, and are the perfect place to spend your holiday in Venice- central, stylish and comfortable. The Lion’s House 3 has 2 bedrooms-1 large double and 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a bright living and dining area with 32″ flat TV on the wall and a fully equipped kitchen. It has wooden floor, and a romantic feel, with stylish objects selected by Caroline. The bedrooms are spacios and very confortable. The double bedroom has a large wardrobe and chest of drawers, and soft lamps. The single bedroom, with ensuite bathroom has an extra bed. The kitchen is provided with new blender, toaster, kettle, dish washer, washing machine, oven, microwave and a four ring stove. Plus wine glasses, ceramic plates etc and children’s plastic plates/cups. The dining area has white table and chairs, and modern paintings by Italian artist Guglielmo Meltzeid from Primo Piano Art gallery in Venice add another contemporary twist.
The larger bathroom has a cabin shower, sink and WC and the smaller has a WC and a sink.
The apartments is equipped with quality linings, towels and hair drier.
Air conditioning for the Summer and floor heating for the winter. All floor is in wood and the ceiling has old traditional wood beams, typical of Venice palazzos. The lift arrives at every floor.
Maid service is available on request. For larger families or groups you can rent several apartments in the same house, please enquire for any special offer.

This apartment is the perfect place for a great family holiday, or a romantic getaway in the historic center of Venice, in an extremely central and convenient location. CHECK IN – You agree to call us before getting on board the “vaporetto” or taxi or Bus Shuttle (Alilaguna) from the airport to inform us that you and your party have arrived in Venice and to confirm the estimated time of arrival to the nearest “Vaporetto” / taxi / Alilaguna stop. A member of the staff of the Red House Company will meet you at the “vaporetto” or Alilaguna/taxi stop nearest to the apartment you have rented and walk you to the apartment to show and explain all its facilities.

You agree that if you decide to cancel your reservation, or part of it, you will be refunded as follows:
– 100% refund if the cancelation occurs 15 days before arrival
– 50% refund if the cancelation occurs between a two weeks and a week before arrival
– no refund if the cancellation occurs within a week from arrival
All bank costs involved will be charged upon you. The refund will be related only to what paid at the moment of the cancellation.
A city tax has to be paid cash on arrival
