Near Sant’Angelo vaporetto and Alilaguna stop and Sant’Angelo square, this flat is extremely central as it is 10 minute’s walk from San Mark Square and Rialto Bridge. The flat is positioned at 5 minutes from The Lyric theatre “La Fenice”.
The flat is composed of a large living and dining area on the basement, a kitchenette and a lobby, very bright and with 16th century furniture. The first floor has a double bedroom with a 16th centuryfour posters bed, 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed with 2 single bed, that can be arranged on request. Please note that for the use of the sofa bed there is an extra charge of €30 per person per night. On the third floor there is the master bedroom the third bathroom and the access to the terrace. The master bedroom has incredible beautiful four poster bed coming from the owner’s family Castel in Tuscany and so are all the different pieces of furniture of the entire flat.
The apartment is bright and with a lovely and quite canalview. The Terrace is very convenient in the good season. This flat is surely aperfect retreat for a long stay or for a romantic break.

CHECK IN – You agree to call us before getting on board the “vaporetto” or taxi or Bus Shuttle (Alilaguna) from the airport to inform us that you and your party have arrived in Venice and to confirm the estimated time of arrival to the nearest “Vaporetto” / taxi / Alilaguna stop. A member of the staff of the Red House Company will meet you at the “vaporetto” or Alilaguna/taxi stop nearest to the apartment you have rented and walk you to the apartment to show and explain all its facilities.

You agree that if you decide to cancel your reservation, or part of it, you will be refunded as follows:
– 100% refund if the cancelation occurs 15 days before arrival
– 50% refund if the cancelation occurs between a two weeks and a week before arrival
– no refund if the cancellation occurs within a week from arrival
All bank costs involved will be charged upon you. The refund will be related only to what paid at the moment of the cancellation.
