Extremely comfortable apartment in Accademia. This townhouse is composed of 2 double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a foldable bed in the living area, 2 full bathrooms and a service bathroom, a large living room and a dining room, the family kitchen it is very comfortable and can host up to 8 persons for breakfast.
There are two terraces, both incredibly large and while there is one facing the kitchen, ideal for a breakfast outdoor, the largest terrace, about 120msq, is on the living and dining side and it is surrounded by plants that guarantee privacy and a gentle shadow in the warmest time of the day. Furnished with taste and antique pieces of the family collection, this apartment has also many glass works owned by the family owners since generations.

The location is perfect for visiting all the major Venetian amenities such as the Guggenheim Collection, the Accademia Gallery, The Franchetti palace, The Palazzo Giustiniani and many small art galleries and shops. There is a large supermarket at 10 minutes’ walk and excellent Venetian cuisine restaurants at walking distance. The connection with the rest of the city is pretty simple as there is the Accademia vaporetto stop just off the road.
CHECK IN – You agree to call us before getting on board the “vaporetto” or taxi or Bus Shuttle (Alilaguna) from the airport to inform us that you and your party have arrived in Venice and to confirm the estimated time of arrival to the nearest “Vaporetto” / taxi / Alilaguna stop. A member of the staff of the Red House Company will meet you at the “vaporetto” or Alilaguna/taxi stop nearest to the apartment you have rented and walk you to the apartment to show and explain all its facilities.

You agree that if you decide to cancel your reservation, or part of it, you will be refunded as follows:
– 100% refund if the cancelation occurs 15 days before arrival
– 50% refund if the cancelation occurs between a two weeks and a week before arrival
– no refund if the cancellation occurs within a week from arrival
All bank costs involved will be charged upon you. The refund will be related only to what paid at the moment of the cancellation.
