The 550 m2 building comprises just one floor and surprises with its design interior. The living room emanates delicacy and invites to rest on any of its sofas and armchairs, because they are perfect for a good reading or an interesting film in the satellite TV channels. The living leads to the dining room, equipped with a beautiful glass table and 8 chairs, TV and views to the pool. Next, a great glass wall separates the fantastic kitchen from the rest. The kitchen offers the island with the gas top as well as induction top, an all the appliances and needed utensils to become the best chef. The laundry room is independent, and it has a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board and a tumble dryer. You will rest in one of the 4 bedrooms, all of them with a closet and a ceiling fan. The first bedroom boasts two twin beds together, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, exit to the pool area, and space to prepare a cot and a high chair if you need it. The rest of the bedrooms have a double bed each. There is second bathroom with a shower for the rest of the accommodation. The house features ducted air-conditioning and oil central heating, with individual thermostat in each room.
Under a wonderful porch you can enjoy unforgettable evenings with the company of your family and friends. Imagine yourselves while tasting a delicious meal cooked on the barbecue and enjoying a good glass of wine relaxing on the sofas and admiring the mountain views. In addition, the porch features vertical sliding awnings in case it gets cold, so that you will be more protected but still outdoors, a real luxury!. The salt water pool sizes 8 x 4 metres and its water depth ranges from 0.6 to 1.3 metres, so it is perfect for a cool dip after basking in the sun on one of the 6 sun loungers around.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

Marratxí is a quiet urbanisation located near the city of Palma and the Tramuntana mountain range, so it becomes the perfect place for those who love the city and the rural environment at the same time. Palma is the capital of the island, so you will find all kinds of services, shops, leisure, and a lot of history and culture to know. During the day, the cobble stone streets full of people invite to have a walk and visit, of course, the ancient cathedral of La Seu. Regarding the beaches, the nearest one is the one in Palma about 13.7 km away, but if you drive skirting the coast you will meet paradisaical beaches like sa Ràpita or es Trenc.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
