The villa is furnished for a maximum of 5 adults and 1 baby and features a beautiful living room with a large seating area, two armchairs, and a wood stove. There is also a flat-screen TV. The patio doors lead to the terrace and garden. A very well-equipped beautiful kitchen with, among other things, a stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, as well as a coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. Dining area with a large dining table. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. A large bedroom with a double bed and two smaller bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other with a single bed and a baby bed (with bedding for the baby bed) and a dresser. The luxurious bathroom has a shower cabin, bathtub, washbasin, and toilet. Additionally, there is a guest toilet in the entrance area and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Beautiful garden and sunny terrace with an unobstructed view of the dunes. Garden furniture, a sun umbrella, and a grill are available. Additional features: parking at the house, Wi-Fi available, the garden is fenced, and your dog is allowed.

A cancellation of travel is possible at any time. However, a booking cancellation must be made exclusively in writing. In the event of cancellation, the holidaymaker must pay Callinghe compensation. This amounts to:
- up to the 61st day before the start of the trip* 25% of the travel price + the booking fee; (from May 1, 2020)
- from the 60th day to the 35th day before the start of the trip* 50% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- from the 34th day to the 2nd day before the start of the trip* 90% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- in case of later cancellation or if the trip is not commenced, the entire travel price is due.
The receipt of the written cancellation notice at Callinghe is always decisive.
The compensation is to be refunded proportionally minus the administrative costs if the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holidaymaker and with the written consent of Callinghe for the same period or part of this period.
