The surrounding offers lots of walking opportunities, marked hiking tracks, sports in winter and summer and easy to reach city centres such as Offenburg or Freiburg.
Several Restaurants and Pubs as well as supermarkets and curio shopping facilities are close by.
France can be reached in a day trip.

Getting there

A3/A5 Frankfurt-Karlsruhe to Basel. Take exit Offenburg (B33) to Villingen-Schwenningen, turn right onto B500 to Triberg, turn left after town driving up the hill, pass Schönwald, turn right behind church, follow road to hte left, turn left into Richard Wagner Str.

een prima vakantie in een schoon appartement

We hebben een prima vakantie gehad met ons gezin (3 kinderen) in een schoon appartement. Goede communicatie met de verhuurder. Nadelen: veel traplopen (vooral voor onze hond), de harde bedden en geen bijzonder uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Voordelen: een schitterende omgeving, veel mooie wandelpaden en dichtbij restaurants en winkels.

Dear Guest,
thank you for your valuable comment. I agree the staircase can be a burden. But this is unfortunately something we cannot change. A tipp - there is side entrance from the garden which shortens the steps by half. Regarding the mattress it is difficult to find the correct softness for various sleepers. We personally prefer a harder one other people maybe not. The decision was finally made in regards of durability. The view from the balcony is impaired by the neighbouring house, which we regrett but are unable to change as well. With literally only a few minutes to be in a wood with nice tracks hopefully compensated for this.

We had a great vacation in Holiday apartment flat "Enzian".
It was close to many attractions and has fabulous view from balcony to black forest from apartment.
