The holiday apartment Duinerei C103 is located on a corner on the first floor of this beautiful and modern residential complex and is suitable for 2 people. The very spacious living room has a delightful corner sofa with a footstool, a digital TV, and a glazed sliding wall leading to the sunny balcony with garden furniture. From here, you have a wonderful view of the dunes. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a combination microwave oven, an electric kettle, a toaster, and a Senseo coffee machine. Here you will also find the dining area. The bedroom is spacious and has a double bed. The luxurious bathroom has a shower cubicle and a sink. The toilet is separate. In the storage room, there is a washing machine and a dryer. Furthermore, there is Wi-Fi, your dog is allowed, and you have your own parking space. The second bedroom is locked for private use.

For those who truly want to enjoy peace and nature, this is the right place. The dunes and the beach have a special attraction for many people and animals at any time of the year. At De Duinerei, you have everything: tranquility and space, and less than 200 meters from the kilometers-long beach. The village of Groote Keeten has two lovely restaurants, and the attractive Callantsoog with its beautiful shops, restaurants, cafes, and a large supermarket is in close proximity.

A cancellation of travel is possible at any time. However, a booking cancellation can only be made in writing. Upon cancellation, the holiday seeker must pay Callinghe compensation. This amounts to:
- up to the 61st day before the start of the trip* 25% of the travel price + the booking fee; (as of May 1, 2020)
- from the 60th day to the 35th day before the start of the trip* 50% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- from the 34th day to the 2nd day before the start of the trip* 90% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- for a later withdrawal or if the trip is not commenced, the entire travel price is due.
The receipt of the written cancellation notice at Callinghe is always decisive.
The compensation is to be refunded proportionally minus the administrative costs if the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holiday seeker and with the written consent of Callinghe for the same period or part of this period.
