Thanks to the mostly covered southwest-facing balcony, you can enjoy being outside at any time of the day. The double sliding doors, leading from the living room to the balcony, ensure plenty of light in the apartment. The living room has a cozy seating area with a flat-screen TV with radio/CD player. The spacious dining area is set up for four people. The open kitchen is equipped with all conveniences, including a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a combination microwave oven, and a dishwasher. The lovely apartment complex Residence Julianadorp in the coastal village of Julianadorp is situated just 300 meters from the magnificent beach. The location is quiet and spacious. The immediate surroundings of the complex offer a variety of pleasant sports facilities such as an indoor pool, a 9-hole golf course, bowling alleys, a miniature golf course, tennis courts. There are also various dining establishments. The center of Julianadorp is 3.5 kilometers away, where you will find a shopping center and several restaurants.

A cancellation of travel is possible at any time. However, a booking cancellation can only be made in writing. Upon cancellation, the vacation seeker must pay Callinghe compensation. This amounts to:
- up to 61 days before the start of the trip* 25% of the travel price + the booking fee; (from May 1, 2020)
- from the 60th day to the 35th day before the start of the trip* 50% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- from the 34th day to the 2nd day before the start of the trip* 90% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- in the case of a later withdrawal or if the trip is not commenced, the entire travel price is due.
The receipt of the written declaration of withdrawal at Callinghe is always decisive.
The compensation is to be refunded proportionally minus the administrative costs if the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the vacation seeker and with the written consent of Callinghe for the same period or part of this period.
