Residence Juliana 40 is located on the first floor (accessible via a spiral staircase) of the apartment complex and is suitable for up to four people. From the balcony, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the dunes. The double sliding doors leading from the living room to the balcony allow for plenty of light in the holiday apartment. In the living room, there is a cozy seating area with a flat-screen TV. The spacious dining area is set up for six people. The open kitchen is equipped with all the conveniences, including a refrigerator with freezer compartment, an oven, and a dishwasher. Additionally, the apartment features two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, a shower stall, a toilet, and a washbasin. The lovely apartment complex Residence Julianadorp in the coastal village of Julianadorp is located just 300 meters from the magnificent beach. The location is quiet and spacious. The immediate vicinity of the complex offers a variety of pleasant sports facilities such as an indoor pool, a 9-hole golf course, bowling lanes, a mini-golf course, tennis courts. There are also various dining establishments. The center of Julianadorp is 3.5 kilometers away, where you will find a shopping center and several restaurants.

A cancellation of travel can be made at any time. However, a booking cancellation must be made in writing exclusively. In the event of cancellation, the holidaymaker must pay Callinghe compensation. This amounts to:
- up to the 61st day before the start of the trip* 25% of the travel price + the booking fee; (from May 1, 2020)
- from the 60th day to the 35th day before the start of the trip* 50% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- from the 34th day to the 2nd day before the start of the trip* 90% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- in case of later cancellation or if the trip is not commenced, the full travel price is due.
The receipt of the written cancellation notice at Callinghe is always decisive.
The compensation is to be refunded proportionally minus the administrative costs if the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holidaymaker and with the written consent of Callinghe for the same period or part of this period.
