The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen with pantry, the living / dining room with large fireplace, a hallway and a large shower room with toilet, washing machine and dryer. All rooms have direct access to the terrace and the garden.
Upstairs you will find a large bathroom with toilet and 3 bedrooms.

In the case of a cancellation, Coquelicot charges an allowance of up to 6 weeks before the occupancy date, which is 30% of the total rental amount and then 100% of the total rental amount. If Coquelicot succeeds in letting the object to be rented in the time initially booked by you after receipt of the cancellation notice, the expense allowance will be reduced to 50% in the latter case. These costs can be covered on request by a travel cancellation insurance.
