Our house is new and its apartments have the individual touch of cosy carpenter-made furniture. The house overlooks Kitzbühel at an altitude of 900 m where the air is healthy. Above the tennis center and golf course and yet only 2.5 km from the city center.

Kids & Baby´s Our baby and children guests...... will find a real a paradise around the house, no street noise, secured by a fence, from where they can watch cows and goats on the pasture. Our two cats and rabbits also wait to be fed.
The children can use the beautifully large garden with a sand pit, swing and slide, paddling pool, a tent and any amount of toys.

Wilder Kaiser Hahnenkamm Die Tauern Horn (Bichlalm)
Our house is the starting place for many hiking routes. In winter, put on your skis just in front of the doorstep and ski to the lifts and back, at the Horn side - (Hagstein downhill course).
Small children can use our children’s playground with swings, slides and a sand pit, adults spend time in an original log cabin with barbecue place and a lawn for sunbathing.
