The detached house offers its guests an impressive living area of approximately 290 square meters which is arranged over two levels for eight people with four bedrooms available. Such an important living space should of course be equipped accordingly and here the owner has done with great love and affection for the detail. The property offers everything in matters of comfort one could desire:
The front door is the prelude to this elegant, modern and at the same time comfortable house. The living room, bright and "arioso" with high wooden roof offers on the left hand side an open fire place with a comfortable sofa lying in front of it which seems to invite for romantic moments. For the less romantic there is also an LCD screen with Sat-TV and air conditioning. On the right hand side of the living room there is a reading corner, which thanks to the sliding glass door, forms a picturesque frame which overlooks the hills setting and the pool area.
The living room also forms the pivot to all facilities of the house. From here you can reach the two bedrooms set on the ground level with a double bed and LCD screen and air conditioning each. One of the two bedrooms has en suite bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Another bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet is next to the bedroom.
Set also on the ground floor there is a spacious, eat-in and modern kitchen with five gas stoves, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, LCD screen and panoramic window overlooking the surrounding countryside which makes the kitchen services easier. Next to the kitchen there is a small room with sink, washing machine and separate toilet for disabled. Through the sliding glass door of the kitchen, which offers views over the pool and the landscape, you can comfortably reach the the porch, the ideal place where charming outdoor dining is possible.
From the living room a comfortable staircase leads to the first floor with two more bedrooms with a double bed, LCD screen and air conditioning each. Also in this case one bedroom offers an elegant en suite bathroom with hand-crafted tiles, shower, toilet and bidet.
It is almost obvious but worth mentioning anyway, that all windows of the house flooded the rooms with light and Mediterranean colors. Wifi, baby cot, high chair, children’s toys are available and included in the rental price as well as an alarm system with TVCC.
The nature surrounding the house, to put it easily, is just adorable and the available outdoor spaces enhance this feeling. Handmade Sicilian walls have almost make forgotten how much they cost in terms of labor and affection but and together with the Mediterranean vegetation they create an image of lightness and unity, just as if it had always been that way.
On the rear of the property, protected by picturesque hills and surrounded by well kept lawns, there is hidden the private pool at the disposal of guests for exclusive use only. The water of the pool is light salted water, generatated by the use of electrolysis in order to produce continuously free chlorine water, which is much ore skin friendly than chlorine water used in normal pools.
BBQ and garden furniture are provided.
If you like something even more sporty, you can show off your talent on the private tennis court. Tennis rackets for two adults and two children, as well as balls, are provided free of charge.

The property of approximately 9.000 square meters is completely fenced and extends through peaceful rest. When driving through the automatic entrance gate and before you reach the house, a small newly planted olive grove will welcome you. This house is a new building built in 2015.

In case of cancellation within 60 days prior to the start of the travel date, 100% of the deposit paid will be refunded, less 4,40 Euro for bank transfer charges. After this period no refund will be made.
In case of cancellation 21 days before the beginning of the travel date 90% of the total booking amount mentioned above must be refunded. For this reason, it is recommended to take out a personal travel cancellation insurance.
As date of cancellation will be considered when we will receive the written notification by recorded or registered mail.
