The Paulonia holiday home is located in a small village in the immediate vicinity of the city of Babariga, located on the stretch between Rovinj and Pula. The holiday home is located about 800 metres from the beach, and there is a shop and a bakery nearby. It is made up of a ground floor with living room, kitchen and toilet and the upper floor with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed and air conditioning and there is the possibility of enjoying the view from the balcony or terrace.
The exterior with outdoor kitchen and swimming pool offers you space for swimming, sunbathing and grilling. Our guests also have access to table tennis and badminton. In case of bad weather, there are board games, playstation and TV in the living room.
The Paulonia holiday home is located in the small village of Betiga, near the city of Barbariga that is halfway between Rovinj and Pula. The house is one floor and only a hop from the shop and bakery. The beach and leisure park are about 800 m away. The ground floor is made up of an open living space, a fully equipped kitchen and furnished living room/kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, microwave, coffee machine etc.), the dining room and the toilet, where there is a washing machine available. The upper part has two bedrooms with balcony/terrace and a bathroom with toilet and shower. Both bedrooms have a double bed and air conditioning. From one bedroom you have access to the balcony and from the other to the terrace, where you can have your morning coffee with a view of Betiga.
