Cancellation fees that the customer has to pay:
No fees for cancellations more than 181 days in advance, only bank charges
40% fees for cancellations between 180 days and 31 days
100% fees for cancellations between the 30th day before arrival and the date of arrival
Should re-entry not be possible due to a new pandemic (state-imposed entry ban), the booking can be postponed to the following year, or the deposit + any final payment already made will be refunded.

The private outdoor area is suitable for cycling, trekking, and Nordic walking. Thanks to the beautiful panoramic position, guests can enjoy an extensive all-around view of the surrounding hilly landscape, rich with lush Mediterranean flora and fauna. Cecina can be reached in half an hour.

Wir haben als fünfköpfige Familie eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem besonderen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Lage ist einzigartig, auf einem Hügel in der toskanischen Hügellandschaft gelegen. Man blick auf andere Hügel sowie in das Tal. Das Haus ist innen großzügig und geschmackvoll. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Auch eine Klimaanlage wäre verfügbar (haben wir nicht gebraucht). Der Außenbereich ist ebenso großzügig und schön angelegt. Der Pool ist hervorragend für eine Abkühlung und zum Schwimmen. Für Menschen wie uns, die die Einsamkeit suchen, ist dieses Haus sehr empfehlenswert. Die Anreise ist etwas beschwerlich wegen eines Holperweges - mit einem normalen Auto jedoch kein Problem und tags wie nachts gut befahrbar. Die Betreuung durch Frau Münkel war sehr professionell und angenehm.

Wer der beschwerlichen Anfahrtsweg von 5 km nicht scheut und das Haus nicht so häufig verlassen will, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht und trotzdem auf die Annehmlichkeiten eines eigenen historischen Hauses mit schönem Pool nicht verzichten möchte, der ist hier gut aufgehoben. Der Service ist perfekt und die Betreuung durch Frau Münkel angenehm.
