The beautiful modern villa is spacious and flooded with light. There are five bedrooms with four bathrooms - two in the same level as the main entrance and three more in the pool and garden level. All are air conditioned and equipped and decorated to the highest standard. The master bedroom on the first floor has an en suite bath and private terrace with sea views. The second bedroom in the same level also has an en suite bathroom and sea views. On the lower floor are two bedrooms, one with double bed and the second with single beds sharing a bathroom with shower. In the pool level is the fifth bedroom with double bed with bathroom and access to the pool with sea view in the background. The main entrance leads to the bright and airy living room with access to the large sheltered sea view terrace, dining area and lounge furniture. To one side of the living room there is a library and TV room, the fully equipped modern kitchen connects to the other side.
Spread over three floors, the property offers several dining areas and indoor and outdoor seating, some with sunshades ideal for al-fresco dining. From the living area stairs lead to the garden terrace and pool and pool terrace. The villa has a 10x5m heated pool surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a bar with large comfortable sofas, barbecue and another furniture set with table and chairs.
The villa is located on a quiet street, equipped with alarm system and parking. Concierge service can be arranged upon request.

A 10 minute walk along the coast leads to the sought after Layet beach and one of the best seafood restaurants in the area.
