The villa is located on the road to the beautiful coves of Calo des Moro on a 13,000 sqm property. It is only a 3-minute walk to the coves and about 10 minutes to the small neighboring settlement of Cala Llombards with its very child-friendly own bathing bay. The house has a living area of about 160 sqm, spread over 2 floors and is divided as follows: Ground floor: spacious living room with seating group and dining area as well as a wood-burning stove. Large kitchen (4 ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, freezer, coffee machine) with additional dining area, terrace exit, one bedroom with French bed (1.50 m wide) with separate bathroom/WC. From the living room, stairs lead to the 1st floor: hallway, 2nd bedroom with French bed (1.50 m wide) and en suite bathroom: shower/WC, 3rd bedroom as a twin room with separate bathroom: shower/WC. On the 1st floor, there is also a beautiful covered terrace with fantastic panoramic sea views. The living area in the basement offers satellite TV, radio/CD, and Wi-Fi connection. The large property is surrounded by a natural stone wall. On the property, there are almond and carob trees as well as a lawn area. Next to the pool (9 x 4.5 m), there is a large sun terrace with loungers, another shower/WC, and a grill house. For the winter, there is oil central heating, accordingly, the house is available for rental all year round. Parking is available on the property.

Cala S'Almonia is a small coastal location, practically a mini-village, and along with Cala Llombards, it is part of the municipality of Es Llombards. There are only a few private and holiday homes here. It is located about 6 km from the beautiful village of Santanyi. Calo des Moro (S'Almonia and sa comuna coves) are, along with Cala Llombards, one of the most beautiful natural beach coves on the island, with the former just a 3-minute walk from the house. The nearby neighboring village of Cala Llombards offers two small supermarkets, which are open all year round or daily from May to October, as well as a restaurant and a bar for wonderful snacks and a great beach bar!

Upon booking/reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total rental price is required. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the scheduled arrival date (the date of payment receipt by us is decisive) or in cash upon arrival to the owner. If this is not done, we are entitled to cancel your booking and rent the house to someone else. You have the right to cancel at any time before the start of the trip. The amount of the cancellation fees depends on the receipt of your cancellation notice by us. The following cancellation fees apply:
- Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival
- For cancellations from 59 to 46 days before the start of the rental, 20% of the rental sum,
- For cancellations from 45 days to 10 days before the start of the rental, 40% of the rental sum,
- For cancellations from 9 days before the start of the rental, as well as for later declared cancellations and for non-utilization of the contractually agreed services, the entire rental sum (100%).
Notwithstanding these standard cancellation fees, you naturally retain the right to prove that the damage incurred was less. If you provide a suitable replacement tenant or if we can re-rent the property under the same conditions, the cancellation costs will be waived for the period of the re-rental. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
