Cancellation term
In case of cancellation or modification, or in case of a no-show, the reservation deposit will be charged. In the event that the unit becomes unavailable during the rental period and you do not accept any suitable alternative unit that is offered to you, you shall be entitled to cancel the booking and the reservation fee will be refunded to you, but neither the owner nor the company shall be liable to you for any further amounts in respect of the cancellation of the booking.
