When booking/reserving, a deposit of 20% of the total rental price is required. The remaining amount must be paid at least 4 weeks before the planned arrival date or in cash upon arrival to the property management (the date of receipt of payment by us is decisive). For special offers, the total amount must always be paid in cash upon arrival. If this is not done, we are entitled to cancel your booking and rent the house to someone else. You have the right to cancel at any time before the start of the trip. The amount of the cancellation fees depends on when we receive your notice of cancellation. The following cancellation fees apply: • Free cancellation up to 28 days before arrival • 50% cancellation fee from 27 to 15 days before arrival • The entire rental sum = 100% for later declared withdrawal or if the contractually agreed services are not used. Notwithstanding these standardized cancellation fees, you retain the right to prove that the damage incurred was less. If you provide a suitable replacement tenant or if we can re-rent the property under the same conditions, the cancellation costs will be waived for the period of the re-rental. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
