Spacious holiday home with 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Up to 6 persons can be accommodated here on 138 sqm, with a patio and WiFi.
On the ground floor there is a double room with private bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, both with two beds, and a second bathroom. A children's bed is available.
Next to the house there is a separate area with washing machine and dryer.
The garden measuring 907m2 is beautifully landscaped, the terrace is beautifully situated in the sun. For the cars there are two parking spots.
Two bicycles are available free of charge for guests during their stay. A ladies' and a men's style, both Gazelle Orange-Plus.
The house will be renovated in November 2019. Two bathrooms will be completely renovated according to the latest modern standards and the furniture will also be updated.

The holiday home is situated in a quiet corner of the Boomhiemke recreation park with swimming pool, restaurant and reception. During the holidays there are children's activities with Koos rabbits. The beach is approx. 700 meters away or can be reached by bicycle or car along the lighthouse 2 km away.
Nearby are the dunes, the heath, the forest, the beach, the village and the Polder.
From Holwerd you take the boat to Nes. Reservations at Rederij Wagenborg in Nes.

• In case of cancellation within one month before date of arrival, 90% of the rental amount + 100%

• In case of cancellation on the day of arrival, 100% of the rent + 100% administrative costs. The payment may be reimbursed in proportion to and after deduction of administrative costs, provided that the accommodation is used in whole or in part by third parties for the aforementioned period at the client's suggestion, the company agrees to this in writing and has received the total price of the stay with the corresponding deposit amount.

Welcome to our lovely holiday home. The fantastic location close to the dunes and the heath and the pleasant design of the house have been a lot of fun for our family. We rented this holiday home for eight years before we had the chance to purchase it. Now we would like to make it available to you to rent also.
