You are welcome to use this as a quiet oasis after a sauna session. The holiday residence Sandburg, An den Hecken N° 5, has particularly comfortable furnishings; you will feel right at home!
The beautiful living room of the apartment is equipped with an inviting living area, LCD TV, DVD player and a music system.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and will not disappoint experienced hobby chefs. It is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, mixer, electric kettle, coffee machine and a 4-hob glass cooktop.

Both of the bedrooms in the apartment offer space for up to 4 people.
The master bedroom is furnished with a box spring double bed (1.80m x 2.00m), has a wardrobe and a separate en suite bathroom. A colour TV is also available.
The other bedroom has two box spring single beds (each 0.90m x 2.00m). A wardrobe is naturally available as well. Additionally, there is a flatscreen TV.
The apartment has underfloor heating in all rooms and 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet and wash basin with large mirror. Additionally, one bathroom has a small sauna with panorama window.

Cancellation and no-show
In the event of cancellation or a no-show, we shall still be entitled to the rental price agreed for the period of your stay.
According to the interest rates set by law for the calculation of saved expenses, the guest must pay 90% of the rental price to the host, for cancellations up to 3 months before the rental period the amount is reduced to 80% of the rental price. The reparation will be dropped if the rental property can be let under the same conditions to another party.
Early departure (due to illness, accident, etc.) does not entitle the guest to reimbursement of the rendered accommodation price.
Bookings of less than 5 nights will be charged an additional 20 € a night
