This apartment is only 400m from the ocean and beautiful sandy beach, high dunes and beach cafes,
on the 2nd floor, with lift and a large south-facing balcony. The nicely furnished living room features a flat-screen TV and stereo system. The integrated kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and
devices, e.g. microwave and diswasher.
The bedroom has a double bed with 2 mattresses, 90x200cm, and 2 wardrobes.
Nicely equipped bathroom with tub, shower partition and mirror cabinet.
Free WiFi is available. In front of the apartment house you'll find
a free parking space and a lockable bicycle storage room. You can rent bikes in Callantsoog
or at the adjacent seaside hotel.
As a renter, you may use the facilities of the seaside hotel, such as sauna, solarium and squash court for a small fee,
and you are also welcome to have breakfast, lunch and/or dinner at the hotel.
Next to the beach entrance is a large parking lot. Pets are not allowed due to allergic reactions.
If you are travelling with friends or if my flat is not available on your desired travel dates, I can let 2 additional flats (same size) in this house.
Callantsoog offers a variety of shopping facilities as well as a large supermarket which is open until 10:00 pm year-round. Restaurants and cafes in town and at the beach.

You can take interesting day trips to Alkmaar, the historic seaports on the IJsselmeer, the Naval Museum in
Den Helder, to the island of Texel or to Amsterdam.
Callantsoog is located in the province Noord-Holland at the North Sea, directly behind the high dunes. In the spring, it is surrounded by beautiful flower fields.
