The holiday home near the beach we bought in 2016 is located in Sa Coma, near the beach in a low-traffic cul-de-sac.
We completely modernised and newly furnished the holiday home.
This lovely holiday resort is located in the north-east of Mallorca on a lovely natural beach with fantastic fine sand quality. The flatly sloping beach is particularly great for families for sunbathing and swimming.
Our house is only 600 m away, so easily accessible on foot.
On the ground floor there is a toilet with shower and washing machine next to the entry hall.
On the next level, only five steps up, there is a large, light-flooded living area with wood stove an the access to the covered terrace.
The new kitchen and modern dining area are also located on this level. The new "Schöller" brand kitchen has the highest degree of comfort, fully equipped with electric appliances and the necessary kitchen utensils.
On the upper floor there are three bedrooms with their own bathrooms, one en-suite.
All bedrooms are equipped with the most modern air-conditioners, which enable a recuperative night's sleep, even if it is hot outside.

From the airport, it is about a 50 minute drive to the holiday home. The location is correctly indicated, so you can correctly determine the route. Our manager will send you directions with the booking documents.

After the tenant and the landlord sign the rental agreement and receipt of a 25% deposit, the contract is binding for both parties.
