Toscolano-Maderno offers numerous excursion options on foot or by mountain bike. In the gorge of the 'Toscolano' stream, there is a hiking trail through the historic paper mill valley.

Toscolano-Maderno is enchantingly situated on a peninsula at the foot of Monte Pizzocolo. The town is located between Gargnano and Gardone Riviera, and about eight kilometers north of Saló. There is a direct ferry connection between Toscolano-Maderno and Torri del Benaco on the eastern shore of the lake.
The town has a pretty beach promenade and one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on Lake Garda.
Arriving by car is best via the A22/E45 motorway, exit Rovereto Sud, then take the SS45 state road.
