Inside this two-storey house you find a beautiful living room open to the dining room, perfect to watch the satellite TV. Then, there is a second living room ideal to spend quality time with your loved ones while chatting and enjoying the warmth of the wood stove when it is cold outside. The kitchen, with a gas stove and all you need to cook, also offers space to enjoy your meals. Bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. All rooms have twin beds, two have fans, one has AC and the last one has a wardrobe, walk-in closet and exit to the terrace. A baby cot and a high chair are available on request. Regarding the bathrooms, there is one with a shower which is independent, and three more en-suite bathrooms, two of them with a shower and another with a jetted tub. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are in one of the terraces. There is another fan available and oil central heating in all the accommodation.
The chlorine pool of this villa -sizing 6.5 x 6.5 metres and with a water depth from 2 to 2.5 metres- is as wonderful as the spectacular views to the forest and mountains. In addition, it is fenced and this is perfect for children safety. Around the pool, the beautiful stone floor offers 7 sun loungers where you can bask in the sun and the a fantastic porch is where you can enjoy a coffee or a succulent barbecue. The top terrace is the place you'll choose to enjoy a drink in the evening. Finally, there is a shower bathroom outside.
Pets are not allowed.
The holding of events is forbidden.
There is exterior parking for 3 cars.
The pool has no lights.
There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.

The advantage of this villa is that it is really near the town centre of Son Servera but still on the outskirts so it remains a quite place. You will have an easy access to beautiful beaches like Cala Millor that is about 5 km away, and others like Cala Bona. The golf course Pula Golf is also very near, about 4.5 away, the perfect place for those who love this sport or maybe to spend an entertaining day.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment info
The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
Tourist tax: € 2.20 per person per night (not included) from May 1 until October 31.
