Inside of the chalet you will find a beautiful and comfy living room with AC and TV-Sat. Then you access to the dining - kitchen which is equipped with a ceramic top and all you need to cook during your vacation, together with a table with chairs. The laundry room is independent and it offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are three bedrooms where you can rest at night, one with a double bed and the rest with twin beds. One of the latest has an en-suite shower bathroom. There is another bathroom for the rest of the house, also with a shower. Finally, a baby cot, a high chair and two fans also are available.
This is a modern chalet within a residential area with a really cosy exterior. It features a small garden by a great chlorine pool that sizes 8 x 3.2 metres and with a depth that goes from 1.5 to 1.7 metres as well as a fantastic porch where you can enjoy a succulent breakfast in the morning or a delicious barbecue in the evening. In order to enjoy the sun for a while you will find 6 sun loungers and a table with chairs outside, but you can also head to the beach which only is 1 km away from the house. This is a quiet beach and perfect to spend a nice morning. When coming back you can wash off at the exterior shower or swim in the pool to have lunch all together afterwards. The property is fenced and there are direct neighbours.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.

The natural beach of Son Serra de Marina is just 1 km away, and you can reach it taking a walk. The beach is partly rocky and partly sandy. The village is characterised by its family atmosphere and peace since there are no big hotels or traffic. You will find a small supermarket here and some good restaurants among other basic services.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
