Our apartment with about 55 square meters was newly built and is located in a new residential area of Sautens in the front Oetztal. Sunny with a fantastic view of the Acherkogel, it offers everything for holidaymakers who do not want to miss out on style and enjoyment on holiday. In just a few minutes you are on foot in the center of Sautens with its shops and restaurants. You live on 55m² + 40m² garden terrace with 1 bedroom and 1 living room with kitchen and bathroom and separate toilet.
