Villa Licul is a charming and private 3 bedroom villa with private pool just 3 km from the beach.
The villa is surrounded by a large garden (3000 m2) with old trees and traditional olive trees.
Just a few steps from the villa, there is a refreshing swimming pool, with its own shower. The garden also has a barbecue, private parking, and delicious grapes that you can taste.
The rooms are nicely decorated, with a view of the nature. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, coffee maker). Comfortable sofas, a new LCD TV and an indoor fireplace are in the living room, with direct access to the garden. All rooms are located on the ground floor and that makes everything easily accessible.
The holiday home is rented out exclusively, so that no other guests will be staying here.
The house is not rented to young groups.
The house is thoroughly cleaned and extra soap and disinfectant are available.

The small, quiet village of Brgod is located on the eastern coast of the Istrian peninsula, 3 km from the sea, and has wonderful brilliant beaches. The area has pebble beaches, sandy beaches and small private bays.
The surrounding area is very quiet, away from major tourist crowds, with very little traffic. The location is easy to get to and driving around Istria will be breathtaking.
A wine tasting room is in the neighborhood. In the vicinity of the villa there is a market (3 km), a bar and a restaurant (both 3 km).

100% if the previously reserved period is sold to another group at the same price. If the previously booked period is not sold at the same price, the deposit will not be refunded. There are no additional cancellation costs.
