The pool with sun beds and parasols is directly under the outdoor dining table. A few steps away there is a large stone fireplace and a barbecue. The garden is spacious and very well maintained, with large shady trees.
The interior is beautifully furnished with beautiful stone elements. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is an inside fireplace. Parking is provided on the property.
The house is thoroughly cleaned and extra soap and disinfectant are available.

A small village Krajcar Brijeg, is located in the heart of Istria. All around are small streets that lead to wonderful excursion destinations, vineyards and excellent Istrian restaurants. The nearest beach is 25 minutes by car from the villa. The nearest shop is 5 minutes from the house.
The medieval villages, in the inner parts of Istria, have a special spirit, with their narrow streets, stairs, old buildings, and of course the beautiful landscapes.
The villa is very easily accessible and we will send you incoming instructions with the booking confirmation.

If guests wish to cancel the booking, the deposit will be refunded as follows:
100% if the previously reserved period is sold to another group at the same price. If the previously booked period is not sold at the same price, the deposit will not be refunded. There are no additional cancellation costs.
