Description

The modern furnished Villa Sunny Place has 3 bedrooms plus office with a sleeper couch and 4 bathrooms. The pool is 39 feet long to swim some laps and is electric heated and features a whirlpool and small sun ledge as well. From the outdoor area your are overlooking a canal behind the house and you will have a view onto lake memory. The Villa Sunny Place is located in the popular southwest of Cape Coral and was just build and finished in February 2019.

Special features

The pool cage goes over the hole length of the house and is even 3 meter wider. This way there is a place to sun all day long. The pool is 39 feet long and is much longer than your average pool.

Alleine schon beim ankommen an diesem Haus begann unserer Urlaub alle Freude mit denen wir angereist waren , waren begeistert jedes Pärchen hatte sein eigenes Schlafzimmer mit Bad und selbst alle haben genug Platz gehabt beim gemeinsamen Kochen in der riesigen Kücke . Selbst Abendgegessen haben wir alle gemeinsam am Pool auf der Terasse alles in allem .....ein Traum.
Wir kommen wieder.

Die Villa liegt an einem Kanal mit grossem See. Hier sieht man Leguane , Schildkröten und jede Menge Fische. Die Ausstattung und die Betreuung seitens der Agentur und der Eigentümer sind hervorragend. Die Villa zeigt sich sehr stillvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt einen hervorragenden Grill, auf dem die Steaks super gelingen . Der große Aussenpool mit der am Abend leuchtenden LED Beleuchtung lädt zum planschen ein .Die traumhaften Strände von Sanibel und Captiva sind mit den Auto schnell zu erreichen . Wir werden jederzeit wiederkommen Vielen herzlichen Dank auch an Christian der uns zu jeder Zeit gut betreut hat.

Sehr schöne moderne und elegante Ferienvilla in der es an nichts fehlt.
Ausreichend schöne Badezimmer, große Terrasse, langer Pool und viel Platz zum Liegen.
Obwohl schon fast am Ende von Cape Coral doch sehr kurze Wege zum Einkaufen, Essen, Tanken usw.
Ruhige Gegend, vielleicht sogar zu Ruhig aber sicher.
