There are 3 bedrooms, with comfortable beds and large windows to let the sun in. The kitchen is fully equipped, the interior is air-conditioned, there is a washing machine and a dryer, the living room has a comfortable sofa that can be used as a bed.
Villa Oaza is a newly furnished, fresh and spacious holiday home on the west coast of Istria. In a small village near Višnjan, with endless meadows, beautiful vineyards, olives and true serenity.
There are two parts of the house, one for the guests, and a completely separate part of the house with separate entrance for the owners. The owners are a friendly, courteous family who will be happy to recommend their favorite restaurants, beaches or tours.
We also offer the possibility of arranging transport from the airport to the villa.
The house is thoroughly cleaned and extra soap and disinfectant are available.

In the spacious green garden of 1300 sqm, there is a private pool, a dining table in the shade, and a charcoal grill. In a fenced green area near the house lives a small, friendly and peaceful pony, a real delight for the children. In the courtyard of the villa there is a large parking lot in the shade under a tree.
But from the nearest beach only 5 minutes away, and from Poreč, only 10 minutes by car through the picturesque streets of the Istrian peninsula.

In the case you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see whether the reservation is possible to be postponed to a different period in 2021 or 2022.
The down payment used for this reservation would be used in the new reservation.
