Fantastic villa with incredibly beautiful views over Carvoeiro to the coast with a warm blue Atlantic. This perfect holiday home has 3 bedrooms + 1 separate studio, 3 bathrooms and 1 separate guest toilet. The very large master bedroom with en suite bathroom and the terrace with stunning views is located on the top floor. The two further bedrooms with fitted wardrobes are on the middle floor and share a spacious bathroom, both bedrooms each have their own terrace. On this level there is the very spacious living room, with adjoining dining room with direct access to the kitchen, very harmonious division. In the right area of the kitchen there is a nice breakfast area next to it is a cozy dining room with a view of the terrace.
The more than spacious outdoor terraces with different seating areas, in front of the living room with awning and separate roofing offer more than enough space, from here the view is just great.
In the lower area there is a separate apartment with sleeping area, kitchen, living room, nice bathroom. The garden with a pool is nicely laid out, in the area of the entrance there is a very large carport with the possibility to place a camper here. The pool with adjoining lawn and lemon tree offers shade by the pool, also by the pool there is an outdoor shower and a BBQ. The villa is ideal as a holiday home for 6 to 8 people (including two small children). You can walk to the center of Carvoeiro with its quaint and chic restaurants, the beach, various cafés, shops for strolling, ice cream shops, supermarkets and much more.

The residential area is valued for its cliffs, mostly with beautiful beaches, several golf courses and Carvoeiro Clube de Tennis with tennis courts, paddles and a gym are nearby. Carvoeiro is a traditional fishing village, fortunately has been able to maintain an authentic atmosphere over the years, making it one of the most popular holiday destinations in the Algarve.
Another attraction is the small community market, where you can buy fresh bread, meat and fish, the "Bica" (traditional Portuguese espresso) must not be left unturned. On various beaches of Carvoeiro, several traditional fishing boats invite you to take a grotto tour to see the caves - as well as the beautiful rock formations of the coast.
