In the new holiday apartment "Etschwool", we've paid special attention to using natural materials in the decor. The two double rooms are crafted from wonderfully fragrant Swiss pine wood. The bright eat-in kitchen offers plenty of space for cozy gatherings, and the kitchenette is equipped with all the necessary utensils.
From the private terrace and garden, you have an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains.
The holiday apartment is part of the heritage-protected organic farm "Niedermoar", which was first mentioned in the 15th century and is one of the oldest farms in Tschirland.

Via the Reschen Pass: Follow the state road for about 60 km towards Merano. Before the Naturns West tunnel portal, turn right and after 500 m turn right again, following the signs to Tschirland. Immediately after the bridge, turn right onto the Ls 111. After 500 m, take the next small road on the left until you reach Niedermaierhof on the left side.
Coming from Bolzano on the expressway (Mebo) towards Merano. Then towards Reschen Pass through the Naturns bypass tunnel. After exiting the tunnel, turn left and after 500 m turn right again, following the signs to Tschirland. Immediately after the bridge, turn right onto the Ls 111. After 500 m, take the next small road on the left until you reach Niedermaierhof on the left side.

Within the last 2 weeks before the arrival day 70% of the agreed total price.
In case of no-show or early departure of the guest, the agreed total price is to be paid for the entire booking period.
