This ground floor apartment is located in a quiet area in Cadzand-Bad, just a few minutes away from the beach and sea. It has two bedrooms and is suitable for a maximum of 5 people.
Layout:
The living room with dining area and fireplace has sliding doors leading to the covered terrace and garden with children's play equipment. The separate kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer. There is one bedroom with two single beds and a (children's) bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. Through the hall, you have access to the bathroom with shower and sink, and a separate toilet.
The communal garage can be used as a storage room; here you will find the washing machine, which can also be used by guests of the upstairs apartment. You can also store bicycles here. There is a private parking space.
Facilities
The apartment comes with a parking space on private property right by the complex. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. A maximum of one dog is allowed in this apartment. This house is equipped with Wi-Fi, which you can use free of charge.
Garage/storage with washing machine, which you share with the tenants of the upstairs apartment.
If you wish to come with up to 10 people, you can also rent the upstairs apartment. You will then receive an extra key for the connecting door. In the high season, it is only available for weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday.

This lovely apartment is located in the center of Cadzand-Bad, just 150 meters from the beach and the sea, and close to the shopping arcade. Enjoy a wonderful holiday in Cadzand-Bad. Cadzand-Bad is a modern seaside resort at the southernmost point of the Netherlands in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The resort is known for its spacious wide beaches, the shark teeth that are found there, and as the place in the Netherlands with the most sunshine hours per year for sun worshippers.
