The living room features a seating area with a large sofa, dining table, and an open kitchen. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a sofa bed. The stairs in the second bedroom lead to the third bedroom, which has a double bed and a washbasin. The bathroom is also on the ground floor and includes a shower, a toilet, and a double washbasin. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. As the bathroom, toilet, and two of the three bedrooms are on the ground floor, this apartment is also suitable for seniors.
The spacious garden and terrace can be accessed from the living room and the ground-floor bedrooms.
The apartment comes with a digital parking permit for 1 car. A possible second car can be parked further away in Cadzand-Bad (free of charge, subject to availability).

During the high season (July-August), it is only available for weekly rental with Saturday as the check-in and check-out day.
