Layout:
Upon entering, you immediately find yourself in the living room with an open kitchen. The living room is equipped with a television, but it has a very limited number of channels (NPO 1, RTL 4, RTL 5, SBS 6, RTL 8, and Omroep Zeeland), and no German channels. The kitchen is fully equipped: there is a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a 4-burner induction hob, a combination microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine. From the living room, there is a large sliding door to the internal and covered balcony. Here you can sit sheltered and enjoy the view.
From the living room, you can reach the two spacious bedrooms via the hallway, both with a double bed. Both bedrooms have a sea view, and the master bedroom also looks out over the canal to Retranchement. The spacious and modern bathroom has a bathtub, a shower, and a sink. There is also a separate toilet in the hallway.
This apartment is equipped for four people. It is possible to rent this apartment with a maximum of five people. The sofa bed in the living room can be used for this purpose.
There is parking for one car next to the apartment. The parking is not covered but is secured with a barrier. Bicycles can be parked in front of the building.
The apartment comes with a parking space on private property right behind the complex. Upon arrival, you will receive a code for the gate to the parking area. This home is equipped with Wi-Fi, which you can use free of charge.
