The house is bathed in light and decorated in a bright and friendly style. In front of the entrance door, there is a beautiful sun terrace with loungers and particularly attractive solid wood garden furniture. The house is designed for 2 people and has a large living room with dining area, a kitchen, a large bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.
The outdoor area includes several terraces, a large garden section, and a parking space for the rental car. At the pool (approx. 6 x 3 m), there is a sun terrace with sun loungers and a parasol. Finca Madera is a holiday home that is constantly being improved and expanded by its owners.
Protected from sun and wind, there is unrestricted outdoor cooking pleasure here. A barbecue fireplace with a small gas hob and a sink makes this place particularly interesting for men who want to indulge in their passion for cooking while on holiday. The view from the house or the terraces of the Atlantic is simply breathtaking. The sunrises are equally spectacular. You won't forget this vacation anytime soon!
Siam Park, Loro Parque
In the south of the island, just outside the small town of Granadilla de Abona, lies this dreamy place of peace and relaxation, nestled within a large finca, with views over the hinterland and a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the southern coastline of the island - this is Finca Madera.
The house "Casa Madera" is an ideal starting point for hikes. After just 50 meters, you reach the first hiking trail. The beaches in the south of the island are only a 15-minute drive away. The south airport is 15 km away, and the north airport is approximately 75 km. The nearest restaurants and supermarkets are about 700 meters away in the town of Granadilla. There are pharmacies, banks, and other shops.

The cancellation fees for the rental property are as follows:
for cancellations up to the 90th day before the start of the trip, 20% of the rental price,
for cancellations from the 89th to the 60th day before the start of the trip, 30% of the rental price,
for cancellations from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of the trip, 50% of the rental price,
from the 29th day before the start of the trip, 90% of the rental price.
In case of no-show or termination of the trip, 100% will be charged.
The processing fee for a cancellation is 52 EUR.
