Schönes geräumiges Haus mit noch besserer Aussicht. Eingezäunter Garten neben Olivenhain. Im Garten steht ein Kirschbaum mit köstlichen Kirschen. Das Haus ist sauber, mit schönem Pool. Der Empfang durch die Eigentümer war herzlich. Die Gegend und das Haus sind für Menschen geeignet, die Ruhe suchen. Im Ort gibt es 1 kleines Restaurant mit angeschlossener Bäckerei.
Zwei Nachteile sind, dass man bei Wind einen Dieselgeruch aus dem Keller/der Garage im Haus riechen kann und dass es im Garten diese klebrigen Bälle gibt, die im Fell des Hundes stecken bleiben.
Tipp: Fragen Sie den Besitzer nach dem Weg Pieve San Giovanni zum Haus, sonst ist es sehr schwer zu finden.
