Holiday destination
The house is located directly on the ski slope in one of the most beautiful mountain villages in Austria, right in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park, just a 10-minute drive to Austria's longest glacier. You are surrounded by nature with a dream view of the mountains.
In winter, it's just 10 meters to the ski slope.
Getting there
Directions from Heiligenblut (Winter): From the center, it's 3.6 km up the Großglocknerstraße, turn left 100 m before bend 26 at the "Sonnleitner" house, Entenalm is signposted (there is a car park on the right opposite), then turn left. Leave both houses on the left, then continue for about 120m slightly downhill.

Wir hatten in der Entenalm die OG-Wohnung und haben uns darin sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sodass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Besonders schön ist u. a. das großzügige moderne Badezimmer, aber auch dass ein alter gemauerter Kamin und auch einige Bauernmöbel aus Holz in die Einrichtung mit einbezogen sind. Ganz besonders hat uns die riesige Terasse mit dem tollen Ausblick gefallen, sodass wir dort auch unsere Mahlzeiten eingenommen haben. Der nahe Ortskern von Heiligenblut und die Lage direkt an der Großglocknerstraße sind von großem Vorteil, so konnte man z. B. schon vor dem Frühstück auf der leeren Mautstraße tolle Eindrücke sammeln. Und durch die Kärnten- Card wurde zudem noch das Urlaubsbudget geschont.

Wir haben 10 wundervolle, erholsame Tage in der Wohnung verbracht.
Alles ist genau wie beschrieben und abgebildet, sehr schöne Ausstattung. Nahezu jeden Morgen haben wir auf dem tollen Balkon mit Bergblick gefrühstückt. Oft hatten wir dabei Reh-Besuch auf der Wiese.
Trotz der naheliegenden Hochalpen-Strasse war es sehr ruhig.
Besonders hervorzuheben: Hier ist es möglich, nicht nur von Samstag bis Samstag zu buchen.
Auch das Ticket für die Grossglockner-Hochalpen-Strasse, das für den gesamten Aufenthalt galt, wurde ausgiebig von uns genutzt.
Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!
