Cancellation policy
Article 6:
Cancellation
1.
In the event of cancellation, the vacationer must pay the operator
a compensation fee. This amounts to:
- 15% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs three months or
earlier before the start date;
- 50% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between three
and two months before the start date;
- 75% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between two
months and one month before the start date;
- 90% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs within one
month before the start date;
- 100% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs on the start
date itself.

The compensation will be refunded on a pro-rata basis minus
administrative costs if the spot is reserved by a third party on
the recommendation of the vacationer and with the written
consent of the operator for the same period or part of the
period.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet und wunderschön. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist optimal. Fußläufig erreicht man direkt die Dünenlandschaft. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten o. ä. sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. 100% Weiterempfehlung :)
