Villa Ooghduyne 187 is a beautiful, newly furnished semi-detached house (March 2019) suitable for up to six people. The villa is quietly situated in Ooghduyne Park and features a spacious garden and a terrace with garden furniture. The living room is equipped with a modern seating area and a flat-screen TV (digital reception with German channels). The spacious dining area is set up for six people. The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, coffee machine, Senseo, kettle, and a dishwasher. On the ground floor, you'll also find a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub with shower and a sink. A washing machine and dryer are also available in the bathroom. The villa has a separate toilet on the ground floor. An open staircase in the living room leads to the first floor of the villa, where you will find two bedrooms, both with double beds, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. Villapark Ooghduyne in the coastal village of Julianadorp is a true experience for both young and old. The park is ideally situated near the dunes, the beach, and the sea. Cancellation of travel is possible at any time. However, a booking cancellation can only be made in writing. In the event of cancellation, the holiday seeker must pay Callinghe compensation. This amounts to:
- up to 61 days before the start of the trip* 25% of the travel price + the booking fee; (from May 1, 2020)
- from the 60th day to the 35th day before the start of the trip* 50% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- from the 34th day to the 2nd day before the start of the trip* 90% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- in case of later withdrawal or if the trip is not commenced, the entire travel price is due.
The receipt of the written declaration of withdrawal at Callinghe is always decisive.
The compensation is to be refunded proportionally minus the administrative costs if the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holiday seeker and with the written consent of Callinghe for the same period or a part of this period.
