Cozy and modern: that's our holiday apartment. With a beautiful view. The holiday apartment is 100m² in size and has 2 bedrooms, accommodating up to 5 people. The sauna is very nice and is frequently used by our guests. Additionally, the house is equipped with air conditioning, which can be used during hot summer nights. Of course, WIFI is available for free. Our holiday homes are equipped with fly screens.

The holiday home is located in close proximity to the Ijsselmeer and sandy beach. Swimming opportunity right from the terrace. The view of the Ijsselmeer and the nature reserve from the living room or the terrace guarantees pure relaxation.

From ARNHEIM, take the A 50 towards APELDOORN.
At ZWOLLE, turn onto the N 50 towards EMMELOORD/KAMPEN.
At the end of the N 50, take the A 6 towards JOURE and then at the roundabout take the A 7 towards SNEEK.
After SNEEK, head towards BOLSWARD until exit number 16 - Makkum/Witmarsum.
At the end of the exit, turn left towards Makkum.

If the tenant cancels a booking up to 30 days before the rental period begins, cancellation costs of 50% of the total price will be incurred. If the cancellation occurs from 4 weeks to 1 day before the rental period begins, 100% of the total amount will be charged. If our holiday home can be rented out for this period to someone else (even at more favorable conditions), only the difference will be charged. The reasons for cancellation are irrelevant. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance (e.g., ERV - Europäische Reiseversicherung AG). In case of early termination or no-show, the tenant has no right to compensation for the unused rental period. A solution will always be found.
