Villa Mediterranea is an oasis of tranquility, surrounded by fruit trees and an old vineyard, spread over approximately 6,500 square meters of land.
The large, shady veranda, the barbecue, the garden, and the playground for children are at your full disposal. The interiors are spacious, bright, and functional, ensuring every comfort and a relaxing stay.
The villa consists of 3 buildings in total: The main house comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The two outbuildings each have a triple room with an en-suite bathroom. The unused outbuildings remain empty and are not rented out to others.

The villa has two entrances, one of them directly from the beach.
The villa is located right by the sea between Cava D'Aliga and Donnalucata (Southern Sicily, Province of Ragusa). From here, you can easily reach the towns of Scicli, Ragusa, Modica, as well as numerous nature reserves. Nearest airport: Catania or Comiso.
