The tastefully furnished holiday apartment is like new and in impeccable condition. Casa Acquamarina 3 consists of 2 bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x bunk bed), a fully equipped kitchen-living room, a shower room, and a private terrace with sea view, right on the sandy beach. The beach is very wide, so there are no passersby walking directly in front of the terrace. Since this section of the beach is almost exclusively visited by residents, it is quiet even in the peak season.
In Sicily, even in winter (Nov-Feb), temperatures are predominantly mild, between 15 and 18 degrees Celsius. The location is very quiet, no car traffic. The apartment is equipped with heating.

The apartment is located in Donnalucata. Donnalucata is a very pretty fishing village and district of Scicli (UNESCO World Heritage Site), one of the most beautiful Baroque cities in Sicily. From Donnalucata, you can easily organize day trips to Catania via Noto and Syracuse. Inland are Ragusa, Modica, Scicli, etc., which can also be reached in about 8 - 30 minutes.
Exit motorway: Rosolini. Then follow Modica / Scicli / Donnalucata.
