If for any reason you have to cancel your booking in whole or in part, we ask for your understanding that we will have to ask for compensation for the costs incurred. This will be calculated depending on the period before the cancelled start date. You will pay 50% of the total price in case of cancellation after the reservation and an amount equal to the total price in case of cancellation within the 7 days before arrival. If you do not arrive, you will pay an amount equal to the total price. If you break off your stay prematurely, you remain obliged to pay the full rental price. A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The date of receipt of the declaration by the landlord is decisive.
