From the large terrace, one overlooks the Maremma plain, with a clear view up to the offshore islands. The house is modernly designed with an open architecture and all the amenities of a modern home (espresso machine, satellite TV (German channels), WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). Absolute relaxation and peace. The large property is completely fenced.
The holiday home is beautifully situated on a hill with a view of the vast landscape of the Maremma amidst an olive grove. Many wineries with tastings and olive oil production in the area. The house was built with great attention to detail. A modern Rustico, with very good and new equipment. Note: due to the open stairs, only suitable for smaller children to a limited extent.

Perfect location, as you can reach the town of Ribolla with its pizzeria and all shopping facilities in just a few minutes (also within about 15-20 minutes on foot). Here you will find all shopping amenities. Roccatederighi and Montemassi are also not far away, where you can dine excellently. Extensive free and unspoiled beaches are about 25-30 minutes away by car. The medieval town of Massa Marittima is about 20 minutes away. Overall, destinations such as Siena, Pisa, or Florence are easily accessible.
Note: Approximately 800m of unpaved road, the last 100m are very steep and rough, therefore not suitable for low-lying cars or sports cars.
