The villa is an excellent destination for a relaxing holiday. It invites you to take a day trip to Viareggio or the famous beaches of Versilia or to explore the Garfagnana region with its charming villages and wonderful landscapes. The villa is an ideal starting point for hikes and walks (the Orecchiella Natural Park is recommended) and other outdoor activities such as golf, tennis, horse riding, mountain biking, etc.

Interior:
The charming holiday home has been tastefully restored in the typical Tuscan style and, with 160 m², offers plenty of space for 8 to 9 people, who can be accommodated in 4 bedrooms (2 double rooms, 2 twin rooms, 1 sofa bed for 2 people and a single bed) and 4 bathrooms.
On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a large living-dining room with a well-equipped kitchen. From here you can access the shaded terrace, which is equipped with a table, chairs, parasol and a barbecue for preparing meals outside and enjoying the wonderful panoramic views of the Tuscan hills.
On the upper floor there are 3 further bedrooms (2 double rooms and 1 twin room, an additional bed can be added) and 3 bathrooms (with shower).
Two baby beds are available.

Outdoor area:
The magical country house is surrounded by a 1500 m² Mediterranean garden that invites you to relax and unwind. Guests can also cool down and relax at the pool (12 x 6 m, 1.40 m deep) with its parasols and deck chairs.
Next to the living/dining room there is a terrace with a table, chairs, parasol and barbecue for outdoor dining. From here you have a panoramic view and a view of the pool area.
On the first floor there are 3 more bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
You book the holiday home, the garden and the pool completely alone. No other people live on the property.
