They were once called PARADISE RUINS, with their blue water and white beaches, in a dreamlike natural setting. A place of relaxation that is second to none.
The building, also known as Block III, in which your apartment is located, is being renovated to a high standard and furnished with "great attention to detail".

You are only a few steps away from the dune in question and then it is only a few meters to the sea. "Dune18" is the name of the lovingly furnished holiday apartment on the 2nd floor, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
An open kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils and capsule coffee machine welcomes you in the entrance area leading to the living room with a view of the sea. Large windows let a lot of light into the room.
The living room is equipped with a sofa and a television.
From the double bed in the bedroom, the sun tickles you awake in the morning, the sound of the sea makes you want to get up. A television is available here. In the second bedroom there is room for two more people in the French double bed.
Two modern shower rooms with toilet leave plenty of space for a family, friends or two couples.
A highlight in the Arkona house is the sky sauna on the 5th floor with an ON-TOP terrace, which offers a panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, dense beech forests and romantic heathland. On this shared roof terrace you can enjoy the sun's rays, do your daily gymnastics or just relax and read a book.
Of course, a free parking space is available.
Wicker furniture, parasols and outdoor loungers invite you to relax.

Gentle dune landscapes along the fine sandy, kilometer-long beach surround Haus Arkona.
The amenities include the short walk to the beach, which only separates you from the dunes to the sea through a pine forest.
Dog owners don't have far to go to the beach. A 3.7 hectare coastal forest area with a high ropes course is located in the immediate vicinity.
Nature reserves such as the famous chalk cliffs and the flint fields invite you to go on long hikes. Binz is definitely worth a visit. Rügen's largest seaside resort enchants with its spa architecture and idyllic charm.
