Holiday destination
The holiday house is a little outside of St. Georgen ob Murau in Kaindorf-Süd, which is in the idyllic Mur valley. It is at about 800 m above sea level and is about 2 km from the ski area of Kreischberg. There are a few other holiday residences and a deer farm in the neighbourhood. There is an uninterrupted view to St. Georgen and to the Kreischberg gondola lift. A hiking and cycle path that leads through the whole Mur valley run about 50 m blow the house.
Getting there
Take the Munich-Salzburg motorway, towards Villach, exit Radstadt Obertauern towards Murau, pass St. Georgen ob Murau towards Murau, in Kaindorf (at the Schafferwirt inn) turn right, go straight on over the bridge and the railway tracks.

Wir (2 Pärchen, 1 Baby, 1 Hund) verbrachten eine tolle Woche im Ferienhaus, es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und super sauber. In die obere Etage dürfen keine Hunde, wird es im EG haarig, kann man den vorhandenen Staubsauger nutzen. Die große umzäunte Holzterrasse wurde wunderbar von unserem Hund genutzt. Stühle und Liegen samt Kissen sind ausreichend vorhanden. Der Whirpool wird regelmäßig begutachtet. Nach dem Frühstück haben wir nach den Hasen und Alpakas geschaut (ca. 1 Minute fußläufig entfernt). Außerdem bekamen wir kurz vor Reisebeginn eine Übersicht mit Veranstaltungen in der Urlaubswoche (bspw. Märkte, Dampflokfahrt). Frau Lehmann und der Hausmeister sind sehr gut erreichbar, sollte es Probleme geben. Wir bedanken uns und freuen uns irgendwann auf einen zweiten Urlaub in Österreich!

Wir(Ich mein Mann und unser Bernersennenhund Ted) durften 3 Nächte in dem wunderschönen ,gemütlichen Blockhaus verbringen. Man sieht sofort die Liebe zum Detail die, die zugehörige Fee zum leuchten bringt!Der Holzofen machte nach einem heftigen Wintereinbruch wohlig warm und zugleich ein romantisches Flair. Die hauseigene Sauna, der Whirlpool waren Wellness pur und gaben uns ausgedehnte Entspannung ! Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und bereits beschlossen ,es war nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt dort!
