The neo-Provencal villa was renovated in 2018 and has a beautiful sea view over the bay of Saint-Tropez. The Mediterranean garden has been lovingly created and the heated infinity pool offers a beautiful view of the garden and the sea.
The villa has a very large living and dining area on the ground floor with a view of Saint-Tropez. The fully equipped open kitchen offers a very high level of comfort. Furthermore, the master bedroom with adjoining bathroom is located on this level. In the event of withdrawal by the Tenant, the following percentages, calculated from the total net rental price, shall be due in the following scale:
Cancellation 45 days before departure 20%.
Cancellation 44 days to 33 days before departure 30%.
Cancellation 32 days to 22 days before departure 60%.
Cancellation 21 days prior to departure until departure date 90%.
If the Owner proves a subsequent tenant for the agreed travel period who is willing to enter into the rental agreement under the same conditions, the Tenant's obligation to reimburse is correspondingly waived. The Owner, for his part, shall endeavour to find a substitute tenant. In this case, the tenant's reimbursement obligation is also reduced accordingly.
